First things first:
Share the news!!
FIRST, you will want to post an Informational “Save the Date” on your Timeline to get people interested and talking about the party before it begins. You can use the above picture (or one of the others below) and here some wording and a couple images to chose from for the post – but of course, you may come up with your own:
“Hi Friends! I am so excited to be hosting an online Facebook party ***DATES***! We will find out about Pampered Chef and their awesome products, play a game or two, and you may even win a FREE Pampered Chef item! Please Comment below or send me a PM saying “Yes” or “Count me in” and I will add you to the Party Group before it begins. Your order will help you be more efficient in the kitchen, plus it will help me get FREE and half-priced products. Thanks for supporting me!"

STEP TWO
Invite Guests!
You can invite friends in a number of ways like eInvitations, personal Facebook® message, email, text, phone call, or through the mail. The key is to use the method that your friends will respond to.
PERSONAL INVITATION through facebook message, call, text or in person:
Its best to send a personal invitation, guests feel special when they get a personal invitation rather than a mass post. Here are of couple examples:
- "Hi Sue! I’m hosting a virtual Pampered Chef party via Facebook® where we’ll all join an online event and have fun while learning about their products. My consultant be sharing awesome ideas, recipes and products and even a FREE PRIZE! Would you be interested in joining us?"
- "Sue, I’m so excited that you’re interested in joining my virtual Pampered Chef party! I’ve invited you to my private Facebook® event. Please RSVP by clicking on the “Going” button."
FACEBOOK INVITE:
To invite people to the party that's already been created Invite as many friends as you can! Don't pre-judge who you think will be interested, you maybe surprised at how many people already love Pampered Chef. Aim for at least 100 invites or more and 30 who agree to join to ensure a successful event. Facebook will allow you to add up to 500 or more!

MAIL:
Some people will respond better to an invitation in their mailbox. I can provide postcards that are easy to fill out or a printable invitation that will work best for your party theme.
Below is what we call a FRANKS list, that will remind you of people to include in the online party, email invitations AND/OR for handing out catalogs.

N = Neighbors
K = Kid’s Connections
S = Spouse Connections
